Responsibilities:
Communicate: Overall leads and customer communication through AI Bot + Whatsapp API.
CRM for lead management and through Whatsapp API CRM also.
Coordinate online & offline workshop planning and execution. Work closely with the social media team for launch and promotion.
Open to travel for offline workshops. Overall logistics, hotel booking and ticketing for the team whenever needed.
Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for timely material delivery.
Technically updated: should be updated with latest automation and integrations available in the market to manage customer databases and communications.
Qualifications:
Need to have operations management experience(preferably in edutech startup/ online wellness or healthcare learning).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Should be familiar with drafting communication related documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (CRM tools, whatsapp API)
Strong problem-solving skills for high-pressure situations. The person needs to be street smart and should be able to find solutions.
